Each of the services that I offer is priced differently. You will find more information about how I calculate the final price for each of the services below.

Before I start to work on a project, it is essential to consult the commission in detail to be able to estimate the final price. If you’re on a tight budget, I can always adjust my work so both sides will be happy. I can draw simple illustrations, but I can also paint large canvases with complicated composition and many details. I can create a logo from your reference, or design an original logo that communicates your idea of the business that you run. In simple terms, the more demanding the commission is, the more time it takes and the higher the price.

It doesn’t matter what I work on. I always make sure that my style is recognizable.

How does it (in most cases) work?

01.

You assign me an inquiry, communicate your ideas and eventually your budget.

02.

I will present you the possibilities and estimate the final price, eventually what I can do for you in a given budget. I will send you a rough sketch.

03.

We come to an agreement and you will send me a deposit.

04.

I begin to work on the commission, eventually you will provide me with references.

05.

Second phase of sketching. I will send you a detailed sketch for validation.

06.

Validation of the sketch or you provide me with the notes for a redo and I’ll redraw it.

07.

I will send you the final sketch for validation.

08.

Validation or a redo according to your notes.

09.

I start with the main part of the work on the commission.

10.

I will send you a preview of the nearly finished commission.

11.

Validation or a redo according to your notes.

12.

I will send you a preview of the final work and prepare the commission for a handover.

13.

You will pay me the rest of the final price and I’ll hand you the commission over.

Analog creation

In this category is everything that is done by hand and physical paint. Canvases painted with acrylics, murals, objects, skateboards etc. I can paint what You wish or freestyle. In most cases, analog creation is more time demanding and more difficult than digital creation, more expensive in some cases, but it offers whole different possibilities in terms of art techniques.

Digital creation

It is faster, more precise and in many cases also cheaper. I can adjust the size of the final artwork and the amount of details to the given space. It is also possible to redo the artwork many times before it’s sent to the printer.

Price list

Sketching

500,- / hour

A good sketch is the alpha and omega of each artwork, it isn’t possible to leave out. Sketching doesn’t take much time. Its purpose is to present you with the idea, the contents of the artwork, and composition. A sketch can take just as little as an hour, but in more sophisticated artworks for large scale murals or canvases it can take ten or twenty hours. It depends on what type of artwork I sketch.

Canvases or papers painted with acrylics

5000 - 50000,-

Concerning artistic canvases painted with acrylics, it always depends on its size and how sophisticated the motive is. Please contact me to estimate the price.

I use acrylics and cotton canvases (320g/m2). I use matt or glossy varnish to protect the finished artwork, it depends on you. I also prepare a certificate of authenticity and make a contract of sale for each artwork. I also paint on paper.

If it’s a special request, the final price can be higher.

Portraits

1500 - 10000,-

Digitally painted portraits always depend on Your budget. If there’s no limit, I can paint a really sophisticated portrait. The price always depends on the amount of people and objects, details, and size of the canvas or poster. Also, if it’s colored or in black and white. The complexity of the background plays a role, too.

Before I start, I always need to have some photo references. Also I need to have an idea of what the person I’m going to paint is like. I need to know about their hobbies, life experiences, likes and dislikes, what they do for a living, and some funny stories. Everything that you can think of helps me to deliver a perfect gift for them.

For example, a bust (face with shoulders) painted in black and white and printed on a poster is the cheapest. Colorful paintings with multiple figures, many objects, sophisticated details and complex backgrounds printed on large canvas are the most expensive.

It is possible to digitally print the artwork on a poster (200g/m2) that needs to be framed (I don’t provide a frame). or a canvas (280g/m2) on a wood frame – the artwork continues on its edges so it’s not necessary to put it in a frame. The size of the poster or canvas adds up to the price.

If it’s a special request, the price can go higher – sophisticated compositions full of figures, objects, large amounts of details and complex backgrounds printed on 1×1,5m canvas can range from 30000CZK to 40000CZK.

Digital painting

3000 - 10000,-

Illustration

The quality of the illustration always depends on Your budget. If there’s no limit, I can paint a really sophisticated illustration. The price always depends on the amount of people and objects, details. Also, if it’s colored or in black and white. The complexity of the background plays a role, too. Simple illustrations painted in black and white are the cheapest. Colorful illustrations with multiple figures, many objects, sophisticated details and complex backgrounds are the most expensive. The illustrations can be used as book or album covers, product packaging, labels, in magazines or newspapers, on the web etc. If it’s a special request the price can go higher.

Graphic design

500,- / hour
This concerns typography, data preparation, graphic design etc. Also any work that deviates from what had been agreed upon is charged by my hour rate as an extra cost.

Logos

2000 - 20000,-

It is necessary to know the details about your idea of the logotype – at what size it’ll be mainly used (signboard/ web / social networks…) and where else it’ll be used (laser engraving, stamps, screen print, business cards…)

If it’s a special request the price can go higher.

Murals

1000 - 2000,- / m2
The price depends on the colour range and how sophisticated the motive is. If it’s only in black line, the price is lower. If it’s a colorful figure, the price is higher. Sophisticated compositions with many figures and objects are the most expensive. It is possible to paint directly on the wall, another option is to prepare a digital painting and put a wallpaper on the given wall. Price for the materials depends on the size of the surface. If it’s a special request the price can go higher.

Painted object - fridges, vehicles, textile, skateboards and other boards

1000 - 10000,-

The price depends on the size of the motive, its complexity and how it’ll be painted – black lines, or colors? It also depends on the surface and what the object is.

If it’s a special request the price can go higher. Price for a painted van can range from 10000CZK to 20000CZK.

Tattoo designs

1000 - 10000,-

To think the tattoo motive through is the most important part and for this reason it’s necessary to have a meeting. Tattoos are nearly permanent. Prices for tattoo motives depend on its size, complexity, color range and the tattoo artist’s skills. Some of them work magic and the motive looks as if it was printed on the skin. In this case it’s necessary to complete the artwork. Some tattoo artists use the motive just as an inspiration, adjust it according to their skill and use their own unique style. This is why the price depends on you. For example, small tattoo designs on the forearm are the easiest and cheapest. Design for an arm or back is more expensive.

If it’s a special request the price can go higher. It can be 40000CZK if I’m asked to design a tattoo for the whole torso – back, arms, chest, shoulders.
